We would like to invite our community to this year’s Summer Music Concert on Thursday, 2 May at 6.30pm.

This is a chance to hear the brilliant music students have been working on this year. We have a wide selection of groups performing including our orchestra and various other student led ensembles. The concert will include a mix of traditional and modern music.

Tickets cost £3 each via Parent Gateway and need to be purchased in advance. We are unable to add guests at  the door for health and safety reasons. 

Refreshments will be available to purchase before the concert and during the interval so please do bring some funds with you as we are unable to take card payments. 

As many parents and students come to this event, could we kindly ask that you park in the main and overflow car parks and not park on the grass verges. Thank you for your consideration for our neighbours. 

We do hope that you can join us for this event to celebrate the hard work many students put into the musical life at The Downs School. It is been a joy to teach them and watch them grow with confidence and flair!
