Last week the catering team at The Downs School were very busy serving up Christmas dinner to staff and students. Over 600 dinners were prepared by the catering team and served over three days. Teachers also joined in with service, dishing out turkey and vegetables to the students!

An incredible 1,200 potatoes were roasted, 50kg of carrots prepped and chopped, and 8 sacks of sprouts eaten and enjoyed!

We would like to say thank you to Elaine and her catering team for the delicious food, and for keeping staff and students well fed week in, week out across the school year.
