Financial support for students

The support available to students is summarised on our Disadvantage Definitions and Benefits document.

Disadvantage Definitions and Benefits

Free School Meals

As well as receiving a free meal each day students become eligible for financial assistance with some school trips and school equipment.  The school receives extra “Pupil Disadvantage Premium” funding from the government for students on Free School Meals, so please do apply if you are eligible, even if you choose not to take advantage of the benefits at school.

To apply for Free School Meals please see the information and link on our Catering page.

Ever6FSM

Students who are no longer eligible for Free School Meals, but who have received free meals within the past 6 years can still receive financial support from the school because the school receives Pupil Disadvantage Premium funding for these students. Please see the Disadvantage Definitions and Benefits document above and do contact the school if you qualify for but are not receiving these benefits.
