Back in December the Modern Foreign Languages department asked students to participate in a national competition titled ' Routes into language' where students were asked to design a Christmas card showing the Christmas traditions of another country.

Although one of our students did not win the national competition, we had 23 brilliant entries, incorporating French, German and Spanish christmas messages. The school decided to pick two winners, whose designs are posted below. Congratulations to all those students who got involved and to Hattie S who designed the Spanish card.
