Join us to plant 200 Trees! Are you free to help on Monday 27 or Tuesday 28 January?

As part of our efforts with Eco Club and working towards our climate action plan, we are very excited to announce that we have a tree planting event coming up at the end of the month.

We have ordered 200 sapling trees from Carbon Footprint, a mix of various species, carefully selected to enhance our local environment and promote biodiversity. We will be planting approximately 200 trees – a mixture of Blackthorn, Crab Apple, English Oak, Silver Birch and Hawthorn in an area next to the school field and adjacent to where the buses collect the students.

We will be joined by volunteers from West Berks Council and we would like to invite staff members to join us if they would like to help plant during the following sessions:

Session 1: Monday 27th Jan 1.30 – 4.30pm

Session 2: Tuesday 28th Jan 3.30 - 4.30pm
