As part of our cross curricular activity, today in their maths classes Year 8s were busy making boxes to give to their friends and family as presents.  The whole idea of these boxes was to put something special inside them as they would help to secure whatever the precious object was. The purpose of doing this activity was to explore the idea of 'thoughtful art' - a collaboration between the Maths, RE and Art faculties  - and to help the students with their concentration skills and dexterity.
